Bride of Frankenstein Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados, ripened
  • 1/4 red onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, deseeded and minced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • sea salt for taste

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado in a mixing bowl until smashed completely.
  2. Mix in the minced onion, garlic, and jalapeno. Add the lime juice. Season with salt.
  3. Place into a bowl and set on a platter.
  4. Assemble the face with olives and bell pepper.
  5. Place the chips on the platter in alternating rows.
