DIY Baby Multi Grain Hot Cereal

  • 1/4 c. brown rice
  • 1/4 c. rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp. quinoa flakes


  1. Place each grain into a coffee/spice grinder or high speed blender. Grind until powder form. Store in an air-tight container.
  2. For each serving, boil 1/2 cup water. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of the multi-grain hot cereal mix and turn to low heat. Cook for 1 minute or until the cereal has thickened.
  3. Allow to cool down before feeding your baby.
