  • 1 c. raw cashews, soaked for 1 hour and then drained (optional to soak)
  • 1 c. nondairy milk
  • 1 c. sweet potato, cooked (approx. 2 small sweet potatoes)
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup (add more if you want sweeter)
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. That’s it.
