Homemade Cranberry Raspberry Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh cranberries, finely chopped in food processor (plus 1/2 c whole cranberries)
  • 1 green apples, peeled cored finely diced
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/3 c. frozen raspberries, thawed
  • juice of 1 lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Chill in fridge.

  • *Can be made the night before.
