- 1 c. fresh cranberries, finely chopped in food processor (plus 1/2 c whole cranberries)
- 1 green apples, peeled cored finely diced
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/3 c. frozen raspberries, thawed
- juice of 1 lemon wedge
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Chill in fridge.
- *Can be made the night before.
