- 3/4 c. hemp seed hearts
- 4 c. filtered water
- Place both ingredients in your high-speed blender and mix until completely smooth. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour into a Pyrex, making sure to catch the hemp seed particles within the strainer.
- Refrigerate in a closed container.
Keeps fresh in your fridge for up to 1 week.
