DIY Instant Oatmeal On-the-Go

  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. whole flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp. whole chia seeds


  1. Place everything into a food processor.
  2. Pulse several times until roughly chopped.
  3. Place into a mason jar and securely close the lid.
  4. When ready to eat, boil 1 cup water and pour into the jar. Stir.
  5. Close the lid and allow to sit for up to 10 minutes.
  6. Top with whatever you want and take on the go.
