- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. whole flaxseeds
- 1 tsp. whole chia seeds
- Place everything into a food processor.
- Pulse several times until roughly chopped.
- Place into a mason jar and securely close the lid.
- When ready to eat, boil 1 cup water and pour into the jar. Stir.
- Close the lid and allow to sit for up to 10 minutes.
- Top with whatever you want and take on the go.
