Cool down for the summer by making your kids these easy and healthy kid friendly Smoothie Pops. Made with 3 ingredients, they are a healthy alternative to store-bought popsicles.

Kid Friendly Smoothie Pops

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 c. frozen fruit
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

Strawberry Flavor:

  • 1 c. frozen strawberries

Spinach Banana Flavor:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. spinach

Peach Flavor:

  • 1 c. frozen peaches

Blueberry Flavor:

  • 1 c. frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and mix until completely smooth.
  2. Put into popsicle molds and chill in the freezer until set (about 2+ hours)
  3. Run cold water over the molds for a couple of minutes until the popsicles come our easily.

Notes

Depending on what molds you use, this recipe will vary how many pops it creates.
