Description

These Raw Pear Crumble Stacks are full of fresh and good-for-you ingredients, making it the prefect free from sugar late night treat. Adapted from my No Bake Apple Cobbler.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Pears, sliced horizontally

For the Crumble:

  • 1/2 c. raw almonds
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 4 Medjool dates, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until the nuts are roughly chopped and the “crumble” sticks together.
  2. Place the crumble in between each pear slice.
  3. Share a stack with a loved one or eat it for yourself!
