  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix the coconut oil in with the granola until completely combined.
  3. Even layer the granola on the bottom of each liner.
  4. Add half of the yogurt carton per liner.
  5. Freeze for 2 hours or until completely set.
  6. Top with dairy free whipped topping and sprinkles.
