Margaret
I have been dairy-free for year and gluten-free for a couple of months. And I am so glad that I found your website! As I read your list of recipies, my eyes grew wider and wider and finally I was staring at my computer with bulging eyes and my mouth hanging open (not my best look!). “Is it possible?” I wondered. But you have me seeing the light. I know now that I don’t have to live depraved of my favorite food just because of my intolerances and allergies. So thank you thank you thank you!! I can’t wait to fire up my kitchen again!
Cara
Oh Margaret, this is EXACXTLY why I started this blog! I am sooo happy to hear of this–I completely remember feeling lost when I was diagnosed with my allergies at first–I thought this would be impossible to adhere to and completely unfun. But rewind now a good 6 months later and I cannot believe how possible it is to recreate all of our favorite foods. Cooking GF and vegan isn’t easy but it’s do-able definitely! You just have to get used to making a lot of mistakes and trying over and over again. It’s been the challenge of my life and I love every minute of it. Can’t wait to hear more from you!!! xo

Cara
HAHA! Surprise! I am more than just Halloween candy. sniffle.
