Fruit and Veggie Car Snacks

August 31, 2018 by Cara

We are big car lovers in this family (and by “we” I of course mean my toddler son). I just simply provide all the sound effects, horn-tooting, and screeching halt noises with my mouth while playing cars with him. We go EVERYWHERE with either a truck, bus, or car in hand. There is no way we are walking out the front door with at least one! So as a way to give my son a snack that he would actually LOVE, I thought why not create these Fruit and Veggie Car Snacks for the Super Simple blog as part of my monthly contribution this summer? Who knows, maybe, just maybe I have figured out the way to get a kid to not want to leave home without a celery stick in hand? If so I will be expecting a Nobel peace prize. I’ve got my fingers crossed*…

*My fingers are more so crossed that my son will take celery with him and not so much for the Nobel Peace prize.
