CREATOR-IN-CHIEF: Cara Ansis
Cara is the creator behind Fork and Beans. Established in 2011, she had a vision to share her incredibly creative and unique recipes for kids with an allergen friendly twist, which inevitably led her to writing a cookbook on gluten, egg, and dairy free baking (Decadent Gluten Free Vegan Baking). She now has expanded her ingredients list and is no longer just whipping up allergen friendly food but still is sticking with the fun! Cara is also the co-host of the FriChats podcast with her gal pal Marly of the websites Namely Marly and Chopped Academy). When she isn’t making animal shapes from pancakes, she can be found at her other website Happy Whole Mom. And when she isn’t working, she’s exploring her new city in Chicago with her toddler son and her husband.
