Frankenstein Avocado Toasts

Halloween doesn’t have to be complicated and all about the sugar. You can easily turn your typical go-to meals into something spook-tacular. Yup, I’m back and so are the puns. Want to make these Frankenstein Avocado Toasts? Good, because that is what we are serving today! All you really need is a handful of veggies, an avocado, a slice of gluten free bread, and decorate your breakfast into something spooky, silly, yet still healthy.

 

 

Takes only 5 minutes to put together and guarantees an instant smile on whomever’s face you are serving this to. This includes you. Yeah, I’m talking to YOU! Serve your Franken Toast with a couple of Cuties with a jack-o-lantern face Sharpie’d on and now you are unstoppable. What’s next mom or dad? A Bride of Frankenstein Dip? Banana Monster Pops? You are a Halloween Beast, aren’t you…

Frankenstein Avocado Toasts

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices gluten free bread of choice (or homemade or even yeast free)
  • 1/2 medium avocado, smashed
  • 10 black olives
  • 2 slices radish, cut into half
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • 1 baby carrot, sliced in half

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread until lightly browned.
  2. Smash the avocado onto the toast.
  3. Finely chop 6 of the black olives. Place on the top of the Frankstein head.
  4. Assemble the remainder of the face and place 2 black olive halves on the sides for the bolts.
