Stuffed Avocado Sailboats

August 13, 2015 by Cara

Making fun shapes out of your food can be just the right trick for your picky eater. Your little one will be having way too much fun eating their sailboats that they won’t realize that they are eating bell peppers or avocados; full of good-for-you-and-your-bones food that will help your child grow into a strong young adult. Thanks Stuffed Avocado Sailboats! You just give and give and give…

I made my dairy free Mac N Cheese recipe, this time with gluten free pasta shells and I replaced the broccoli with frozen peas. Feel free to play around with the recipe and add whatever you want! It’s your kitchen anyway, you have the freedom to choose. So, play on, player.

The best kind of meals are when moms and kids alike can both agree that not only is it tasty but it is geared towards both of them.

That’s an interesting combination – avocado and mac&cheese. I would add some Tobasco on top 🙂
