It’s that mother stinkin’ time of the year friends:
I am so excited about this season. Why? Not only do you get to peruse tons upon tons of awesome blogs who are posting 30 days straight about vegan food but also because it’s been my month since 2011 for all-things Halloween. If you are new to Fork and Beans, you have no idea what you are getting yourself into. I love me some Halloween and this is the time where my creativity really comes out.
Don’t believe me? Check out this section of recipes reserved for a Halloween theme. Or how about these Frankenstein Brown Rice Krispie Treats for size? They are an extremely fun way to celebrate the season while remaining true to your gluten-free and vegan roots.

Omg these are so Halloween-ish-ly cute! It’s so hard to find “cute” themed vegan foods and often I’m stuck trying to veganize them myself, thanks so much for this recipe!

I just love how you carry out my obsession with Halloween. I’m so boring that I never make anything spooky for Halloween, but I always have visions that I will! So I get to live through my Halloween obsession through you. Happy MoFo!

Has MOFO started already? No wonder all those recipes just popped up in my feed. You know I never thought I’d say it but I think this determined shoulder injury may just save me from myself this month. No, this is not a cue for pity, overnight delivery is another matter entirely. xoxoxo
Today is the official Vegan MoFo day missy! Gear up for the wild ride (just make sure that shoulder is taken care of…) xo
So cute, Cara. Im excited for MOFO too. Have a wonderful day.
