Fun-Faced Cookie Lollipops

August 26, 2015 by Cara

Putting a smile on your little one’s face in their lunchbox doesn’t need to require a lot of time, fancy equipment, or crazy ingredients. Sometimes it’s just a matter of taking a simple cookie and letting your imagination go wild. You’ll need four ingredients for these Fun-Faces Cookie Lollipops:

  1. Store-bought gluten free cookies
  2. allergen friendly candy
  3. homemade googly eyes
  4. melted chocolate

Fun-Faced Cookie Lollipops--a fun, no bake option to add to your child's school lunchbox!

I loved the idea of placing the cookie lollipops on wooden cutlery instead of popsicle sticks because you can stuff these treats into your child’s lunchbox and you have a dual purpose: 1) Fork for their food; 2) Dessert! All you need to do is use the melted chocolate like glue and even if they fall off, the kiddos can lick the chocolate off their spoons. Do you see how you just keep winning with these Fun-Faced Cookie Lollipops?!
