And since I just made a great gluten free roll out cookie dough recipe last week, I figured instead of actual donuts I could make cookies made to LOOK LIKE donuts, topped with tons of melted chocolate (Enjoy Life, but of course) and nondairy white chocolate and…sprinkles. Sprinkles and more sprinkles. YES.

- Prepare the cookies as instructed in the recipe, using a circle cookie cutter with a smaller fondant cutter for the middle.
- Allow to fully cool.
- Coat the tops with melted chocolate and immediately cover with toppings of choice.
- Dip into nondairy milk.
These cookies are free of gluten, egg, and dairy but packed with a delightful crunch and the happiest of happy flavors. Did you even know that cookies could taste happy? Yeah well, now you know.
